Can't read russian letter in Linux

I can't read russian letter in Linux.
What can i do
Tell me where i can find a doc.for this theme?

You mean that there are no russia fonts available?

look for some true type fonts for russian, and install them using the fontinstaller in the kde control center.
Then change the font settings in 'regional and personal' and the font section of 'look en feel' (if neccesary)
