can not change options in Login Manager

can not change options in Login Manager

I just create a Arch linux VM in VMware, although I have add myself to the root group, I still can not change options in Login Manager, do I miss something? or is it a bug? thanks for help.

I guess this doesn't have to do anything with Forum Feedback and besides is a crosspost so this thread should be deleted I propose.
