Transparency and transparent panel

Hello,

I'm using KDE 3.5.6 and I must say I am quite impressed with the built in composite. However, I would like the main panel to NOT be transparent at all, but not matter what I do it seems to have some mild transparency to it. Where can I change this?

With 3.3.2 I couldn't regenerate your issue. The "Enable transparency" checkbox was in complete control.
