Kontact, central settings storage?

Is there a way to store Kontakt settings centrally? I would like to be able to synchronize mail, notes, rss, calendar etc on a central server (in the closet) and use my two other computers as clients. Configure once, run everywhere. I have read a little bit about Kolab, is this it? I have not found a way to configure Kontact to use Kolabl though. I run Kubuntu Edgy.

Thanks.

RE: Kontact, central settings storage?

Kolab is one of the possibilities, there are other groupware solutions out there as well.

There is a special Kontact branch to operate with Kolab servers, this is better suited than the default Kontact which comes with vanilla KDE. The only pointer to download it would be with SVN.
