korganizer not printing events in order

I've set up a calendar with times for breakfast meeting at 07:00am, lunch meeting at 12:00pm, dinner meeting at 06:00pm and nightly meeting at 07:30pm. Everything is fine when I'm looking at the calendar on my screen (month view), however, when I print it, either to a file as a .pdf or to a local printer, the event times change randomly and don't line up as they should by time. In other words, sometimes it's listed with breakfast meeting first, lunch meeting second, then nightly meeting before dinner meeting. I've found no way to adjust settings as to how to make this work. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

RE: korganizer not printing events in order

I haven't even tried printing, but I get an equally mixed up look in the "What's next" view. Appointments there seem randomly out of sequence. The appointment that would really be the next event is listed as the third, the one that doesn't occur till three days after the first one is shown at the top.

I use Korganizer as a component of Kontact. In summary display the events were random cronological order in KDE version 3.5.4. But KDE 3.5.5 displays them in correct chronological order dependeing on event starting time. This bug has been fixed.

Do this bug fix affect to your problems?

To be fully honest, I am still somewhat of a newb, so I haven't yet dared updating KDE.

I have updated to KDE 3.5.5 today but now I cannot invoke KOrganizer on its own, it only works via Kontact and the what's next view there is even more screwed up than the one in KOrganizer was.

That's a known bug of KOrganizer in the 3.5.5 release :(
It has been fixed, maybe your distribution will pick the fix and apply it immediately, else you have to wait for KDE 3.5.6.
