How to modify konqueror toolbar by configure files?

hello,everyone.
I useed my linux with KDE3.5.3 ,everything goes on well. The problem is that i can't modify konqueror's toolbar . I can't find "customize Toolbar" options in "setting ". Is there anyother methods ? Can i modify konqueror toolbar by configure files? and how can I find the configure files ? Thanks for answer!

Maybe rightclicking a toolbar will show something useful, "Configure Toolbar"

Otherwise, the GUI configuration is stored in XML format: ~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/konqueror.rc
