error during configure - Suse 10

Pls see error below. Not sure what went wrong. Do I have to install more packages? I've already been through a billion errors and have had to install several packages already. All I need is some sort of Instant Messenger. Wow, can't believe how complicated this has become!!

Thanks for any advice/recommendations
Chuck

RE: error during configure - Suse 10

I fail to see the relevance to KDE, but you can ignore these warnings unless the application seriously fails to build.

sorry, i should clarify. i'm trying to install Kopete 0.12 Beta 2. As per the instructions in the INSTALL file, I run ./configure.

I suppose I can continue despite the WARNINGS, but it's be nice to know why the warnings appear. Thanks for any insight/advice.
