[konqueror] it sometimes just doesn't copy

Hi.

First of all - I use KDE 3.5.2 on FeeBSD 6.0 and I don't use Klipper.

I have a weird problem with Konqueror sometimes - when I visit a web-page, the copy-paste just doesn't work, especially the copy operation. I can copy text from address-bar, but if I highlight some text on the page and try to copy it, it won't get copied, ie. I don't have anything to paste in any app. I can overcome the problem by just refreshing the page.

Actually I guess it's not a problem of Konqueror, but the overall I/O (or where-ever the copy-operation belongs to) of KDE.

Should I file a bug for this?

I have the same problem. Selecting the text twice seems to help.

You could submit a bug at http://bugs.kde.org, but it could be a Qt problem. In that case a bug report should be sent to Trolltech. But first look if you get any result on our own bugzilla.

Retrying doesn't help in my case. Usually I'm reselecting text and trying to paste it for about 5 times, not willing to believe it is happening. In my case there's help only of refreshing the page.. sometimes.
