[KHTML] Clear color?

First off where is the best place to discuss KHTML functionality, from a developer's perspective? Is this the right place?

What I am wanting to know is whether it is possible to change the colour used to clear a page. For the moment it is white, but because I am in the process of creating a Kiosk to be used in a dark area, I need the clear colour to be black.
