"Actions" in KDE 3.4

I remember I used to be able to right click on an archive and do
actions -> extract here (with ark).

That doesn't seem to be there any more.
What do I have to do?

My distribution requires for this an additional package named kdeaddons-ark (it contains libarkplugin.so and some .desktop files).
