For what it' s worth, I can tell you it works. The way to go is: Addresses -> Add -> LDAP (I am translating from Dutch, so it may be a bit different); Give it a name, set the ip of the exchangeserver. no dn, the rest dependns on how you give access to the exchange server (authorization and so on). Then, and this did the trick: go to edit attributes, and then in templates choose: outlook, then ok and there you go!
