I am New to KDE. After installing it I needed to adjust the clock. After setting the Time Zone and then the time I hit "Apply" and instead of 8:56 am it showed 20:56 pm. So I tried to correct this and it appeared to work the second time. But, when the clock changed from 8 am to 9 am the time was changed to 13:01 pm. After two more attempts I gave up. Why won't this desktop application allow me to have 9:05 am EDT as the time? Why does it keep resetting my system clock to 13:05 pm? ? Thanks
