If I click on New Distribution List - nothing happens. At all. Help please.....
Can anyone tell me what categories are actually FOR? I can't seem choose them as a display field, I can't seem to filter by them, so what are they for?

I have Kmail as my default email client on Kubuntu 7.10. If I set Firefox as my default browser and click on a mailto link, nothing happens. If I click on the same link in Konqueror, then a new mail window opens. Is there a setting I need to change somewhere to enable mailto links in FF to open a new mail window? Thanks
Can anyone tell me why, when copying a Kmail MBox format mail folder to Thunderbird, Thunderbird sees less than half the emails in that folder? The folder has 61 mails in Kmail, all marked read. TBird only sees 25 in total, and four are marked as unread! Can anyone throw any light on this strange behaviour? Thanks
I've set a screen saver to come on automatically after 2 minutes, with password needed to stop after 10 secs. the problem is, it doesn't. All that happens is the screen goes black, and when I restart, there's no password required. However if I use the "Lock Session" function on the main menu, all works as it should! Why won't it work automatically? Ta!

It will print in "Timetable" view (at least I think that's what it it) in every view printing the month. If I select List view and the select print week, on the Filofax option I just get the "timetable" view, printing as either timetable view or split view, nothing happens - the print job just sits there saying "processing"......
KDE 3.5 - If print calendar in list view, printer starts up then just hangs without printing anything at all. Samsung ML-4500. I have no problem in printing documents or anything else!
Just upgraded to KDE 3.5 on Ubuntu 5.10. The Tools Menu on Konqueror has nothing in it at all. Is there a fix for this?
The answer is, that KMail, unlike all other mail clients I've used, has a TWO_STAGE setup for pop filters. 1. You create the filter 2. You then have to tell your email account to use that filter! WHY? Why not let the email account use the filter you have just created AUTOMATICALLY? The implication is that if you set up a filter, then you want to use it! Sheeeeesh!
Is there an option to do this? Everytime I try, I just get the message that forwarded the encapsulated message, not the encapsulated message itself, which is what /I/ want to forward! (Hope that's obscure enough!)
Can anyone actually tell me what the function "Delete from server" in POP filters in Kmail ACTUALLY does? because here it doesn't seem to do anything at all. If not, why is the option there?

I was playing about with Full-Screen Mode, couldn't exit, now I've lost all the menu options at the top - ie Location, settings, etc etc. They're not in any of the toolbar menus, how do I get them back? Thanks

I set up a POP filter to delete from the server any messages where the sender is not in my address book. Why, then, am I still getting messages from senders who are not in my address book? Does this filter not work? (Kmail 1.8.3)
Firstly, how do I get Konqeror to open full page? I've tried all the usual tricks of dragging the window to full size and using Exit instead of clicking the "X" but it doesn't work! Secondly, I can't for the life of me, find out how to activate the History sidebar! If it's there, it's NOT very obvious. Thanks!
