Is it somehow possible to use tsocks in the settings -> internet & ... -> proxy -> socks dialog? I already tried dante, but I somehow can't get it to resolve hostnames ;-)

Switching desktops with the mouse wheel?

Tnx, but I already knew about this possibility ;-) I mean a solution somehow like it's implemented in fluxbox where you put your mouse over any region of the desktop :-)

Switching desktops with the mouse wheel?

Is this somehow possible with KDE 3.1.x out of the box or is there perhaps somewhere an addon for this?

KDM doesn't work

hi, i have a small problem with kdm. i have installed most of the kde3.1.1 packages with konstruct (except qt which i compiled with -xft -xrender -sm -cups -nis -thread -qt-gif ). When i now try to run kdm i get following error (kdm.log)/opt/kde3/bin/kdm_greet: error while loading shared libraries: libqt-mt.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory kde is working without any problem

Perhaps a cookie problem

I don't stay logged in. Perhaps your cookie path in admin panel -> general admin -> configurations is wrong also the marking of all topics as read doesn't work. also probably cookie related.

Themeable panel

Quoted Original von Kenneth My main panel's settings carry on to any child panel's that I make, SuGa. lucky one if i for example add a background image in kde 3.1 (snapshot from last week or so) only the main panel get's this new background. my child panel still has the default background-image of the theme.

Themeable panel

I only complain about the fact, that you can only set the background-image/color for the main panel and not for a childpanel too
