Have KDE4 come with the ability of stacking multiple panels or will it arrive in future versions (KDE 4.3)? With KDE 3.x I had the ability to stack two panels, the one above the other. So far with KDE 4, the panels overlap if I try to position them on the same edge. I want to stack two panels in order to mimick the Windows panel with the top with quicklaunch icons and the bottom with open applications.
