While I wouldn't have stated it so... frankly. I have to agree with everyone here. Forums are not high security--I shouldn't have to use a high-security password. It's not like the "security" is any higher, anyways. I intentionally used real words and just capitalized the first one, which a bot could figure out just as easily. I'm not about to let you force me to use a high security password on something as silly as a forum.
