i forgot to mention, i'm running kde 3.5.5, xorg 7.1, on a gentoo box. the video card is geforce 6200, with the proprietary driver from nvidia, 1.0.8776.
i have two separate X screens, one is a crt and the second is tv-out. the problem that i have is that sporadically, when i switch virtual desktops, the focus would leave my primary screen (the crt) and go to the tv-out screen. i haven't been able to find any pattern, it appears that the switches are random, it happens perhaps one of every 5-10 desktop switches. also, when i play video with mplayer, on the crt screen, when mplayer terminates (either due to the end of the video, or if i quit it ma...
