Well, here we go to the same old problem. How can I change default language? I am experiencing some troubles with all applications running under KDE (Kwriter, Kpresentation, Kdissert, Kopete...) Hey, I got a kde strange behaviour. Im using Fedora Core 9 and I have two desktops installed, gnome 2.22 and KDE 4.0.5 (last update). When I try to login using KDE desktop everything works fine until start splash screen is seen and login sound heard, as screen changes and went back to black and only arrow cursor works. All black! If I click at lower right display I can hear a sound, but nothing happens. I have tryied to reinstall (yum reinstall kdebase), no changes. What can I do? Although Gnome...
Hello, I have just installed FC9 and KDE4.0.5. There are some features I cant understant. Why audio cd-rom are not seen as devices by Dolphin and Amarok? I have tryied Plasmoid widgets, only data cd, or dvd are seen. I ran lshal command in order to see if these devices where detected by system, they dont! What can I do? HJM

Hi, Konqueror (or Dolphin) crashed in an attempt to open home personal folder. System sent signal 11, SIGSEGV, and pointed a crash caused probably by a bug. Anyone had this same trouble? Im using FC 9, KDE 4.0. HJM

Hi, I am using KDE 3.5.9-5. FC8, everything is running almost fine. However, i can't hear system notification sounds, it work ramdomly. When I log in, i get the message saying that sound card was not properly detected or installed. But I can hear any other sounds (Amarock etc), when i go to sound card testing, i can hear test sounds. Hi, Im using KDE 3.5, after installing Fedora 8. It works fine but i cant change the default language from english-us to brazilian portuguese. I tryed using Control Center Tab, but there is only one option for language: english us. How can i get other languages, like brazilian portuguese?
