I am using SuSE Linux 10.2. Everything has been working great but I have been adding a substantial number of contact to Kaddressbook. I am now up to 1,200 and it has become so slow it's virtually unusable. Updating contact information takes so many resources that it almost freezes the system (Athlon 64/1 Gig RAM) and takes up to 2-3 minutes to update the contact information. Same phenomenon occurrs in any system (load vcf file...all running SuSE Linux). It does look like the .vcf file structure ...
