On-the-fly opacity

Before I used KDE4 I loved the Compiz effects on GNOME. One thing I found myself missing in the desktop effects today is an ability to change the opacity of a window with the combination of a hotkey and the mouse wheel. I know I can right click the menubar and change the opacity but what I'm thinking of is a way to change how opaque a window is without having to do multiple clicks. Can someone identify this theme for me?

A couple of weeks ago I installed KDE 4.5 on top of my Ubuntu 10.04 system and fell in love with it. I did some tweaking and thought I was saving my important settings before I did a (mostly) fresh install of Kubuntu 10.04 with KDE 4.5 but I seems to have had a Plasma theme before that I can't seem to find again. The big question is about the analog clock. Can anyone identify what clock this is? I really like what I had but I'm at a loss as to how to get it back, even after several hours of sear...

Moved from GNOME to KDE and have a Dolphin query I haven't found an answer to

Recently I finally took a look at KDE4 and liked what I found enough to make the switch. The one thing that I used almost daily in GNOME's Nautilus file browser is the ability to hover my mouse over an audio file and hear the file. I know I can use the Information panel to get a preview but that strikes me as being quite a productivity hit.
