Personally, digiKam is the one that does it for me. Simple, supports tags, awesome kipi plugins, web-syncing/sharing, new timeline feature. the only thing I've found that is it's rival is iPhoto. http://www.digikam.org/ Were it not for iPhoto's tight integration with other iLife apps, digiKam would be better...but with the core idea of KDE 4 being integration, and digiKam having a KDE 4 version on the way it could just take that title in the next few years when other Linux/KDE/Qt apps catch up a...
