KMenu Button with Caption?

That led me to the grand plan of using a bunch of spaces as text to stretch the button and simply draw the caption in a decent font on the background. Needless to say that it didn't exactly work out, because spaces get stripWhiteSpaced and Tabs are displayed as boxes... Thank you very much for your help, but I think it's time to accept my fate and take a look at tastymenu

KMenu Button with Caption?

Thanks, it helps a lot. I agree that the result isn't very pretty, mainly because kicker mysteriously seems to ignore the system's font selection. But hey, at least there's some text now.

KMenu Button with Caption?

I wonder if it's possible to display a caption next to the KDE menu button, similar to Windows' "Start" without installing kbfx? Regards cvk

[kopete] can't receive icq messages

Since I upgraded to kopete 0.9.0 (on Debian, KDE3.3), all incoming ICQ messages are blank. The "incoming message" bubble and the message history both show the correct messages, they aren't rendered in the chat window only. MSN messages do work. cvk
