Problem with kdesu and KDE 3.3

Hello out there,

I startet using Linux/Suse/KDE just 3 Month ago. First I want to say, that i started to like KDE and Linux a lot. Now i want to change from Suse 9.1 to Suse 9.2 (KDE 3.2 -> 3.3) and one thing I recognized, was that the kdesu command right didn´t work in Suse 9.2.
Everytime I start it (ex. "kdesu yast" or "kdesu kate" ...) the passwordwindows prompt, but after I entered my root password, nothing happens. If I log in as root, I can use the programms.

If anyone has a solution to solve this, i would be happy :-)

a possible solution...

Hmm, the most possible solution i heared, is that the "kdesu" command is disabled by purpose since KDE 3.3...
Well, that it wasn´t save i recognized before, but it had been making things more easy...

Why is this Forum so quiet? Everyone only watch at the newsgroups?
