Clean up Run Command (ALT + F2)

Hi :-)

Unfortunately I have mistyped several program names in my Run Command dialog. This is really annoying when i type some of a program name and presses my TAB button. Sometime a wrong program name is selected and I get an error.

Is there a way of removing one or all program names from the input field?

- Thanks :-)

Best regards
Jimmy Thomsen

RE: Clean up Run Command (ALT + F2)

You can change the file ~/.kde/share/config/kdesktoprc. There is a group [Minicli] which contains the history. If you change the mistake there, I think (I haven't test it) that then the mistakes is changed in the dialog.

Yes it works, under Minicli there is also a line that begins with History[$e]... from which I deleted the mistake and after a X restart it worked...

thanks
