Purple icons

Hi people,
I wonder what is - when I click on an icon (-> it is marked) that icon is PURPLE???
its VERY ugly - it seems like it was supposed to be a shadow or something...
I have searched the whole KDE and there's nothing about it....
How can I repair it? What to do? Does anyone has the same problem??
I have Nvidia GF2 - using nvidia kernel 6111 - original nvidia driver,
KDE 3.2.2 distro Debian Sarge

Thanks very much for help

RE: Purple icons

I had that problem too, and I don't know why. I had (and have) NVidia too, and same driver (and the same version of driver).

And now I have problems when I rename something, sometimes. It's the same problem.

RE: Purple icons

:D I updated my Sarge from December version to March version- in which KDE 3.3 is and the problem is no more! Now it works and there are many things working better - example- icons on desktop...
