Can Konqueror display the filename in another encoding?

I have some files in my local harddisk with chinese filename in different encodings (for example, some are in GB2312 and some are in Big5) How can I view the filename correctly in Konqueror file view?
If my system locale is Big5, I can view Big5 filename correctly but GB filename are corrupted. (Similar when my system locale is GB)
Can I "change encoding" in Konqueror file view, just as easy as I view HTML with different encodings?
If no, can it be a new feature in next version Konqueror? :)

I do not think that such a feature will ever exist, as people crossing encodings mostly use Unicode (UTF-8 in this case).

However probably that does not help you much. :(

Have a nice day!
