Yes, I will add more comments there but for here I will say I still think you have too many forums. Try starting out with as FEW as possible, add new ones only if the need for them is evident.

Other comments:

And if they prefer to use a different language, have them put like [Deutsch] on the thread's title. And we should organize an advertising and PR campaign to increase awareness of kde-forum.org.

You won't have to tell them to do this, posters will usually do it anyway.

The forum changed with the first structure change and will change soon too! At the moment I like the idea about a wiki but as you all know there are diffrents blogs and wikis for KDE already.

We will see what the future will bring!
