problem with KDE under SuSE 9 !

We have problem with KDE + SuSe 9 Linux.
Our PC XServers are in TrueColor mode, but
they do not have another visuals (the only - TRUE COLOR visual) and support only 1-bit and 24-bits pixmaps.

In prev.SuSE all was OK, but in the new version many
X-Clients (including XDMCP startup KDE X-Clients !) try to create
only 8-bits pixmaps and crash because of error reply from XServer.

Now the questions.
1) Is it because of our misunderstanding and the last version
is not worst then earlier ?
or
2) Is it was SuSE's intention to simplify their X11 software ?

What we must do to suppress the 8-bits pixmap creation.
IT WAS NOT SO earlier !!!

Thank you
