I think that they should be able to reply, however starting new topics and voting should be reserved for registered users.

No one can resists sucha teaser =p.

BTW: This is the best forum website I have ever seen,a nywhere! I'm sure there must be something to improve, but I haven't founda nything yet!

Well, wouldn't the abition to keep the forum free of offensive posts and material be harmed by letting guest (who ever) post?
Ofcorse I use windows, how else would I get fresh air into the room?

even for viewing the forum

I don't think so, as it would only take 1 minute to register and on the other hand Guest could start posting lots of nonsense on the board. At least if you are registered and you start abusing the system you can be stopped. so my vote is "NO"

I don't think that one should be banned from posting based on his/her nickname.

anyone who register the nick Guets should be allowed to post like everyone else.

OTOH, Guests should also be allowed to post :wink:
