printer catastrophe?

G'day, can someone help. Me new user of the hat 9. i managed to delete a print queue while endeavoring to stop my cannon 255sp printer from doing a major uneeded job.

i got a "catastrophe' message with something about a ' filter"
ever since nothing will print again. i reloaded the Hat and still it still doesn't work.
any suggestions of a starting point?

How about delete the printer queue and add it again just thereafter.

Sorry, I have no idea about RH's tools.
