Did you know that you can actully play TuxRacer on Windows too. One of my friends played it here at my place and ordered his own copy because it actully plays on Windows. (The lamer doesn't have Linux)

Tuxnet said to check the 3d card... I don't think I have one, unless it's built in. If it is, I don't know what type. If I could fix it, I could play Tux Racer. That would also make Chrominium work at an earthly speed...
Can anyone tell me what 'tux' is about??? Is that latin for 'penguin' or something???
That's open to debate ;-)Quoted

Tux is the name of Linux's logo, which is a pinguin. As pinguins, espically this one, look like wearing a tuxedo, someone named it "Tux".
Have a nice day!

The page I've mentioned seems to be created by someone who
did some research on the history of Linux and its logo.
Makes an interesting read.
Tuxedo is only one of the explanations.
But maybe more than one is true. SW developers seem to love
plays on words ;-)
