KDE 3.2: icon problem

Hi, I have KDE 3.2 installed on Fedora Core 1 and everything is working fine except for one thing... I can't change icons. I can change the icon themes, and folder icons and such change, but if I try to change a certain icon (for example mozilla) nothing happends... It's really annoying to not be able to use my favorite icons, please help! :(

I'm new to Linux btw...

I don't use Fedora, but the method should apply anywhere. Find the location of the icon you don't like and replace it. As root, rename it to something like icon.png.old, and install the new one using it's name.
