Icon Help

Ok, here is the prob. I have been wanting to rename my floppy and CD rom on the Desktop in Mandrake 9.1. Now I know how too remove then by going to desktop behavior and unchecking all that do not apply. I have tried to create new icons by right clicking on the desktop and going to create new floppy or cd, but the devices are not listed in the under the Device tab pull down menu.
Right now my floppy is named Floppy mounted at / mnt/floppy. All I want to do is name it Floppy. Same for CD.

Help I am new to this and going nuts reading everything I can but I have not found the answer.

Thanks
ROB

Upgrading to KDE 3.1.4 might help, since the file location part disappeared after I upgraded KDE on my MDK 9.1 system.
