change desktop icons...?????

change desktop icons...?????

I have created 2 links to the following exe's Coffee and Eterm.

when I right-click and go properties I cant change the icon.

Anyone know why?

How did you try to change the icon? If you right-click and select properties...then click on the icon you should be able to change it!!

Beware of computer programmers that carry screwdrivers.
