Kopete empty settings

I have just upgraded my kde to v3.3, and found out that i can't use kopete. While I had 3.2 I didn't use kopete, so nothing was configured. Now when I start kopete the settings window pops up but it is totally empty. No icons on the sidebar, and only empty page written on the main part. When I close the settings window, the main window appears and seems to be fine. I just cant use it, because i have not set any accounts. :( I am using UHU-linux 1.1.1. Any ideas?
Thanks for your help!

That happened to me also with Gentoo. It affected most things, not only Kopete. For example Kontact showed an empty screen also instead of summary.

How did you install it? I think that in my case not everything was installed or the applications were installed with a wrong prefix.

Anyway...I didn't solved the situation. I've changed distribution and the packages installed correctly there.

Try seeing if an update is available to you.
