Konqueror Locationbar-History doesn't work

Hi!

I've been using KDE for some time but I never used Konqueror for
Web-Browsing since I prefer Mozilla.
However, I noticed that in EVERY version of KDE I ever used,
Konqueror never remembers the URLs I entered in the locationbar.
Auto-Completion works but the drop down list only shows the
Website I am currently on and nothing else.
I don't think that it is some kind of configuration-error because
it also doesn't work with a new user and default settings.

I've always used Slackware so I don't know if there is something in the distribution that causes this.
I use KDE on my desktop and on my laptop and it doesn't work on both machines.

I used KDE 3.0.x 3.1.x and now 3.2.0 so either there is a bug in all of these Versions or something is wrong
on my Computers that makes all versions missbehave.

Maybe I'm just stupid but I didn't find an option to turn the Locationbar-History on or of so I guess it should always be on.

Does anyone have an Idea how to fix this? Thanks.
