netscape-plugin doesn't work in KDE3.1.3

The problem happens when I use Konqueror viewing files in my local machine.
For example,I've installed acrobatReader for reading pdf and mozplugger for configure nsplugin. However,if I choose view pdf files with nsplugin, the konqueror couldn't load acrobatReader to open the pdf file. The same thing happens to flash files.
Konqueror in KDE3.1.3 can't load nsplugin to read files in my local machine. It works well while opening a htm file that contains such types offiles, say flash,pdf....
Can anyone help?

by the way,I'm using mozplugger 1.3.0,it works well with Konqueror in KDE3.1.2.I think it's really the Konqueror's problem.
