i'm using KMail 1.5.2 (KDE 3.1.29 on Linux. Is there any function that can hide messages marked as read and show only unread message?
Thank You.

I am not sure what you mean by hide the messages that have been read, but what you can do is setup a new folder and move them to another folder, that way you will be left only with the unread messages in your inbox. Sorry if that was not much help. :?

(Sorry for my english but i'm italian)
Your idea is good but I can't find a message rule that can filter read and unread messages (just Subject, Sender etc.). Do you know how to do what you said?

i don't know if there could be a rule for it, i think kmail will only apply a rule to mail as it is incoming (at which time all mail is unread).
your best bet is to make a new folder, and after you read a message, right-click on it and move it to the read-messages folder.
