How to Use Desktop Sharing

Does anyone know how Desktop Sharing works, I have shared it on one System, but how do I access it from the other system? Many Thanks :?:

On the client pc, install a vnc-client.
Then walk throug the wizard of the desktop sharing.
The wizard sends a e-mail with the proper information to open a vnc-session.
Check if the given ip-adress is correct (on my system vnc gives the wrong ip...) and connect to your host pc.
then run back to the host pc to confirm the sharing.
