homestead style web creator for KDE

I am not a developer, I'm just a filthy, dirty end-user! and I cannot find a wish list for KDE so, I decided to post here. I think what would be an excellent application for KDE to have would be a program like Homesteads site builder (www.homestead.com), it has to be the easiest web site creator I have ever used! the program is actually in java and is really innovative. unlike other drag n' drop web site creators you can start with a totally blank page and create your own graphics, have mouse over effects, insert
html code snippits for webrings or counters ect. it can easily make any object linkable. text, photos, other objects. it has to be the most full featured web-site creator I have ever seen. super powerful and extremely easy that anybody could use it. from simple one page web sited to multi-page nested ones with frames there is nothing that this program cannot do!

I would just like to know if anybody has used this in windows and liked it or thinks this is a good Idea? I think this would be a GREAT app to have in KDE, there is NOTHING like it out there, I know, I have looked everywhere.

so, what do you people think?
