How Do You Change The Desktop Icon Font Color?

How do you change the desktop icon font color? I am using KDE 3.2.1 and I can not find any help for this in the KDE help database. Any help would be much appreciated.

I can't confirm right now but I think you can change it through "Right Click in Desktop->Configure->Background->Advanced Options->Text color". The names may be wrong but if you explore the desktop's configuration settings then you will find it.
