K3B 0.10 problems with Teac CDR-55S

K3B 0.10 problems with Teac CDR-55S

Hi all,
I was wondering if anybody else had problems with K3B since updating to version 0.10.
My setup is as follows:
Pioneer ATAPI DVD-ROM
Teac CDR-55S SCSI CD-Recorder

Previous to 0.10 K3B recognized the Teac drive correctly and everything worked without a problem.
But now k3bsetup recognizes both, Pioneer and Teac, to be CD-Writers. So far no problem, though not correct, but when I start K3B the device section in preferences shows both drives as CD-Readers.
Permissions on /dev/sr0 and cdrecord should be correct, so where could be the problem?

Any help is appreciated, tia
