3d dwelling and house planner

I need a 3D dwelling/house/garden planner.
I must be able to walk by the house/dwelling/garden.

Have you tried a google/linux search, SourceForge, or Freshmeat?

After preforming some fairly basic, precursory searches I found several CAD projects...
