How to burn CD in KDE by Koncd?

Koncd is installed with KDE in our system. But when I was trying to write one image file in mpg format, I got the error message " no valid image file". I had tried the other format files, but all are failure.

Anybody can tell me how to do? And if the Koncd doesn't work, how can I write CD using other methods?

Thanks.

Rae

Hi there are many cd burning software that you can use to burn software, and if you are a beginner I recommend you using k3b very easy to use. In Linux when we talk about an image we are most of the time talking about a file.iso image. A mpg file is a video file that should either been burned as data or convert it to vcd or svcd using a vcd tool. It really depends what you are trying to do.

Some CD Burning Tools are to be found in:

Have fun.
