Installing KDE 3.2

I have ALT Linux Master 2.2
And it has KDE 3.1
How can i install KDE 3.2?

Download Konstruct from http://developer.kde.org/build/konstruct/

Then refer to my help file on how to use it here:

But i want to install it without konstruct
I downloaded the file qt-x11-free
and i want to configure it.
But it dosn't want,look what he says to me

[root@HOME qt]# ./configure
