rpm & tar gz installation

Hello all, I've just completed installing kde 3.2.1 using konstruct. Everything went well except now I don't have apps to automatically install rpm and targz packages. I used to use rpmview then kpackage and ark, all of which are now missing. Is there a way to retreive these apps, or can someone recommend another? (p.s. I know I can install using the command line but would like to have my old apps back) Thanks - Gary
