Shock! KDE 3.2 ate my control modules!

Hello all,

After upgrading to 3.2, i was surprised to see that nearly all of the control modules in the control center had disappeared to who-knows-where.

I'm running Mepis linux, which I'm led to believe is basically the same as Debian unstable.

Does anybody have any ideas?
Cheers in advance

When you use a vanilla installation you will find that allot of your distro was fitted to purpose so for example all you Modules in the control panel was there originally because there is where your distro placed them. When you upgrade KDE manually you will bet what is the KDE vanilla installation, so non of your own Distro settings and menus & others will be there anymore unless you manually get them added again. I had the same problem the first time I upgraded my KDE, but now it just makes sense that if you start upgrading stuff your installation will be come almost your own personal distro.
I know this does not help you much but I was just stating a fact as I had the same shock once before that you have now.

Kind Regards.
