Critical KMail patch

I have just installed KDE 3.2 via Konstruct and now I realise that there are two critical patches that needs to be applied to KMail. However, I cannot find any information as to whether or not the patches have already been applied when I installed via Konstruct. Anybody that can enlighten me?
