Minor System Tray Problem - SOLVED!

I just upgraded to KDE 3.2, and everything works 100%
*except* for one minor snafu. Now when I mouse over the
icons in the system tray, the applications no longer pop up
with information. For example, KMoon used to indicate the
current phase of the moon, etc.

Everything else in the panel does pop up the mouseover
information, it's just the system tray.

I tried searching through all the KDE and kpanel setting, but
I found nothing referring to the mouseover behavior in
the system tray.

It's not just kmoon, but everything in the system tray. Worst
case, I'm sure I can delete .kde after saving the important parts.
