FAQ Q: 2.23

I was having trouble with configuring KDE apps after upgrading Qt

checking if UIC has KDE plugins available... configure: error: not found
- you need to install kdelibs first.

The FAQ mentions the prob but does not tell me how to fix it. I fixed it by using the old Qt version again. : (

Would I have to recompile KDE and KDevelop and? if I wish to use Qt 3.2.3? I am currently using Qt 3.1.1
